How an order runs

  1. Step 1

    Specification

    Grade, pack size, labelling language and private-label artwork agreed up front.

  2. Step 2

    Documentation

    Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, organic transaction certificate and lab analysis.

  3. Step 3

    Consolidation

    LCL or full container, palletised and shrink-wrapped, with pre-shipment samples couriered.

  4. Step 4

    Shipment

    FOB or CIF at your preference, with documents released against your bank's terms.
