Nutrition calculator
Check what is actually in your food. Add any ingredient to see its calories and nutrients, or stack several together to total up a whole meal — dal and rice, a paratha and curd, whatever you are cooking tonight.
Add ingredients to build a meal. Quantities start from the pack size — change the grams and the totals update as you type.
How the numbers are worked out
Every ingredient carries a per-100 g value. Enter a weight and the figures scale from it, so 250 g of channa shows two and a half times the 100 g value. Percentages compare the total against an adult daily reference intake of 2,000 kcal.
Indicative values. These figures come from standard food composition tables for generic equivalents — they are not lab results for individual batches. For branded packaged items, the value printed on the pack is the authoritative one and will differ. Treat this as a guide for planning meals, not as medical or dietary advice.
